Best Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

The mouse worked just fine but no matter what I attempted to do, the keyboard would not work. I put in fresh batteries apart from those that came with it, I pushed the button on the back several times, I attempted to download a new driver but none had been obtainable and I attempted to e-mail the product's support but that was impossible. I couldn't uncover a window to type in a question to send via e-mail to anybody in support. All I got was drop down questions with pre-fabbed answers that did not assist.
